【Effect Introduction 】

Mist Style-

In the flame, crystal-clear glass colors collide with each other and follow the trajectory of rotation to flow and overlap,

forming threads of irregular lines and constituting layers of lingering hazy views in mists.

Pastel Style

Seeking inspiration in earth. The pastel acts as cosmetic rouge that overlaps in layers of colors under the gentle complement of white powder,

rendering the delicate texture. The ocean-blue and mountain-green glass and colors fused by high-heat flame become the details of every memory.

Vibrant Stripes Style

The bright effect changes in the rotation of regular lines,

which is both the “brightness” in colors and the different forms of “rotating colors,”

presenting the transient moment of glass similar to the poetic style in walking on the ocean clouds of mountains.

Reservation

Recommended age for registration: 7 years (including) and older.
Please sign in 5-10 minutes before the course starts. The course will start on time.
Sign-in will be opened 10 minutes before the activity. To keep the experience activity running smoothly, course will be canceled for tardiness after 10 minutes and no refund will be given.
The course schedule will be based on the items of experience.
For reason of personal requirement (modification, adjustment, re-production) that exceeds the time limit, additional one unit of DIY fees of NT$250 (based on 15 minutes) ill be charged.
For photos and recording of course participation will be authorized for sharing on Red Liuli Social Network Platforms.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

✸ General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will incur a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are not eligible for refunds.

✸ Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your class once for free.
A 10% processing fee will apply for the second reschedule and beyond.

✸ Special Circumstances

For bookings made less than 7 days before the class date:

Due to workshop scheduling, cancellations are not accepted.
One free reschedule is allowed; a 10% fee applies for additional reschedules.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics):

We will prioritize rescheduling your class.
If rescheduling is not possible, please call us to explain your situation. With our approval:

Cancellations made 4–7 days before the class: 50% refund.
Cancellations made 1–3 days before the class: 30% refund.
Cancellations on the day of the class: No refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

Precautions

To maintain the safety or you and others, please do not remove any item without authorization and lean on the workstation table (there could be pieces of broken glass).
Please wear clothing and sneakers for convenience in activity.
Please avoid wearing vests, shorts, mini-skirts, and other clothing that expose the skin to prevent burns or injury.
Please avoid wearing clothes made of nylon, polyester, and other chemical fiber to prevent flammability.
Glass blowing work shop is very hot during the summer. Please bring your own drinks, towel and other items during the summer. Your mobile phone may not be able to take photos due to high heat.
Cracks are unforeseen results that could take place during manual processing or annealing process. Please register only if you could accept this circumstance. For any cracks during annealing process, we will notify you via text message or phone voluntarily.

Activity Change

For factors of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will voluntarily contact you for change of date. In case of typhoon, the information on class suspension announced by government agencies will apply. If the participants are in the area of class and work suspension announced, please call or notify us via email to change the date.
If you suspend the participation of activity for matters nonattributable to our work shop, we will not give any refund.
Under special emergency circumstance, the work shop reserves the right to postpone the class date for you. We apologize for any inconvenience and please cooperate accordingly.

Location: Red Liuli Work Shop, Building A, No. 181, Wenhua Rd, Yingge District, New Taipei City,
Transportation: Take Taiwan Railways to Yingge Train Station. Walk for 3 minutes and arrive.
