預約事項Reservation

• 建議報名年齡：幼稚園大班（含）以上。Recommended age: kindergarten (senior class) and above.
• 請於課程開始前 5–10 分鐘報到，課程準時開始；遲到超過 10 分鐘即取消課程，亦無法退費。Please check in 5–10 minutes before the start; the course begins on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means cancellation with no refund.
• 體驗課是一人一個時段，如果兩人以上一起參加，請分別報名多個時段。Each booking is for one participant per session. If two or more people wish to join together, please reserve a separate session for each participant.
• 課程照片記錄將授權分享於紅琉璃社群平台。Photos taken during the course may be shared on Redliuli's social media.
• 作品吹製完成後需 3–5 天內寄出；如有送禮或特定取件時間需求，請提早規劃預約（遇疫情、年節進度將延緩約一週）。Finished pieces ship within 3–5 days. For gifts or specific pickup times, please plan and book early (during epidemics or holidays, kiln schedules may delay this by about a week).

急件方案Rush Orders

• 如需於課程後三日內收到作品，請於課程當天告知工作人員。To receive your piece within three days of the course, let our staff know on the day.
• 運費：由工作人員現場查詢報價，同意後現場結帳收取。Shipping: staff will check and quote on-site; charged at checkout upon agreement.
• 配送地點：台灣本島。Delivery area: Taiwan main island.

注意事項（安全）Safety Notes

• 本課程環境高溫並涉及明火與高溫玻璃操作，孕婦、有特殊疾病或身體狀況特殊者，報名前請自行評估身體狀況，斟酌是否參加；如有疑慮，建議先諮詢專業醫療意見。This course involves a high-temperature environment with open flames and hot glass. Pregnant women or those with special medical or physical conditions should assess their own health before registering and consider whether to take part; if in doubt, please seek professional medical advice first.
• 尊重每位學員準時開課，課程將於活動前 15 分鐘開放報到，為了讓體驗活動順利進行，遲到超過 10 分鐘或缺席者視同放棄上課資格，亦無法退費。Out of respect for every participant, courses start on time. Check-in opens 15 minutes before the activity. To keep the session running smoothly, arriving more than 10 minutes late or being absent is treated as forfeiting your place, with no refund.
• 課堂中請務必遵從講師及助教指示，當過程中發生講師不可控之情況，講師有權終止本次體驗課程。Please follow the instructors' and assistants' directions at all times. If a situation beyond the instructor's control arises, the instructor reserves the right to end the session.
• 考量操作安全及維護課程品質，本課程在體驗區範圍內不開放攜伴及陪同。陪同者可以在體驗區範圍外觀看體驗課。For operational safety and course quality, companions are not allowed within the experience area. Companions may watch the course from outside the experience area.
• 為維護您與他人的人身安全，未經允許請勿擅自拿取任何物品及依靠工作桌桌面（可能有碎玻璃屑）。For your safety and that of others, do not take any items or lean on the workbench surface without permission (it may have glass shards).
• 請穿著方便活動的服裝與運動鞋。Please wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes.
• 請避免穿背心、短褲、迷你裙等暴露皮膚的服裝，以免引起燙傷或受傷。Please avoid tank tops, shorts, miniskirts, or other skin-exposing clothing to prevent burns or injury.
• 請避免穿著尼龍、聚酯等化學纖維製成的衣物，以免易燃。Please avoid clothing made of nylon, polyester, or other synthetic fibers, which are flammable.
• 吹玻璃工作坊在夏天會變得非常炎熱。在炎熱的季節，請攜帶飲料、毛巾等用品。The glassblowing workshop gets very hot in summer. In the hot season, please bring drinks, a towel, and similar items.
• 手機可能會因高溫而無法拍攝照片。Phones may be unable to take photos due to the high temperature.
• 因玻璃材質及製程特性，體驗之作品顏色、效果以實品為準，成品形狀皆獨一無二。Due to the nature of glass and the making process, the color and effect of your piece follow the actual product; every finished piece is unique in shape.
• 手工製作及退火的過程皆可能產生龜裂等非預期效果，請確定能接受再行報名。在退火期間若有龜裂狀況，我們將會主動以訊息或電話告知。Handmade production and annealing may produce unexpected effects such as cracking; please make sure you can accept this before registering. If cracking occurs during annealing, we will proactively notify you by message or phone.

取消及改期規範Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 一般取消：開課前 7 天（含）以上取消酌收 10% 手續費；7 天內恕不接受取消。General: 10% fee if cancelled 7+ days before; no cancellation within 7 days.
• 改期：免費改期一次，第二次（含）以上酌收 10% 手續費。Reschedule: one free reschedule; a 10% fee applies from the second time onward.
• 報名距開課不足 7 天：恕無法取消，僅提供免費改期一次。Booked less than 7 days before: no cancellation; one free reschedule only.
• 不可抗力（天災、疫情）：優先協助改期；經同意後 — 前 4–7 天取消退 50%、前 1–3 天退 30%、當天恕不退費（退費於確認後 7–14 工作天處理）。Force majeure (disasters, epidemics): rescheduling prioritized; once agreed — 50% refund 4–7 days before, 30% 1–3 days before, none on the day (refunds within 7–14 business days of confirmation).
• 活動異動：颱風依政府停班課公告為準；因非可究責本店之因素中止參與，恕不退費。Changes: typhoon closures follow official government announcements; no refund if you discontinue for reasons not attributable to us.
