Reservation 

• Recommended age for registration: 7 years (including) and older. 
• Please sign in 5-10 minutes before the course starts. The course will start on time. 
• Sign-in will be opened 10 minutes before the activity. To keep the experience activity running smoothly, course will be canceled for tardiness after 10 minutes and no refund will be given. 
• The course schedule will be based on the items of experience. 
• For reason of personal requirement (modification, adjustment, re-production) that exceeds the time limit, additional one unit of DIY fees of NT$250 (based on 15 minutes) ill be charged. 
• For photos and recording of course participation will be authorized for sharing on Red Liuli Social Network Platforms.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

✸ General Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will incur a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are not eligible for refunds.

✸ Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your class once for free.
• A 10% processing fee will apply for the second reschedule and beyond.
  
  

✸ Special Circumstances

For bookings made less than 7 days before the class date:

• Due to workshop scheduling, cancellations are not accepted.
• One free reschedule is allowed; a 10% fee applies for additional reschedules.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics):

• We will prioritize rescheduling your class.
• If rescheduling is not possible, please call us to explain your situation. With our approval:
• Cancellations made 4–7 days before the class: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 1–3 days before the class: 30% refund.
• Cancellations on the day of the class: No refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

Precautions 

• To maintain the safety or you and others, please do not remove any item without authorization and lean on the workstation table (there could be pieces of broken glass).
• Please wear clothing and sneakers for convenience in activity.
• Please avoid wearing vests, shorts, mini-skirts, and other clothing that expose the skin to prevent burns or injury.
• Please avoid wearing clothes made of nylon, polyester, and other chemical fiber to prevent flammability.
• Glass blowing work shop is very hot during the summer. Please bring your own drinks, towel and other items during the summer. Your mobile phone may not be able to take photos due to high heat.
• Cracks are unforeseen results that could take place during manual processing or annealing process. Please register only if you could accept this circumstance. For any cracks during annealing process, we will notify you via text message or phone voluntarily.
